YOU WILL:

• Conduct full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, development, and continuously monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Interact directly with your internal customers and users of your work.
• Manage large amounts of data; merge data sources; ensure consistency of datasets
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, create predictive models based on those patterns
• Develop, create and execute multivariate or A/B testing
• Optimize data visualizations and find gaps in database design for simplified analysis
• Maintain, improve, and create visually stunning power bi reports and dashboards

ESSENTIALS:

A good business sense, combined with technical knowledge to help you excel, such as:

• 3-5 years of relevant data analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience on Power Query & Power BI (Dax Formula and M-Query)
• Experience with writing complex SQL queries and working with a visualization tool
• Strong knowledge of Excel preferred
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with analysis tools; R or Python packages are preferred
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sense of how to manage data to provide business insight and recommendations to help drive the business to even greater success.
